Wegen des Titels möge sich bitte niemand zu früh freuen!
Heute vermeldete SpiegelOnline, dass die Telekom 32.000 Stellen streichen wird. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich mir diese Masse an Menschen nicht vorstellen kann.
Für sowas versuche ich mir dann immer "Hilfsmittel". Als neulich der A380 in Frankfurt war und berichtet wurde, dass da bis zu 850 Menschen Platz haben werden, da nahm ich mir die umliegenden Dörfer zu Hilfe und schätzte, dass die Leute aus 3 Dörfern, in einem A380 passen würden. Imposant.
Aber 32.000 Menschen? Kann ich mir nicht Vorstellen. Meine Heimatstadt hat knapp über 5.000 Einwohner und Bad Kissingen ist die nächstgrössere Stadt , zu der ich halbwegs einen Bezug habe, aber da wohnen "nur" 21.000 und ich kann die nicht mal annähernd begreifen. Beide Städte zusammen bringen nicht mal die Menge an Menschen auf.
Aber was noch viel unbegreiflicher für mich ist steckt in diesem Satz:
Nach der Mitteilung konnten Aktien des Unternehmens ihr Kursplus ausbauen. Die T-Aktie legte im Frankfurter Handel um 2,28 Prozent auf 14,83 Euro zu.
Wie kurzsichtig ist bitte schön diese Spekulantenpack?

Today it was announced that the german Telecom will cut 32.000 Jobs. I have to admit, that I can not imagine that amount of people.
For that I usally looking for something that helps me out. Recently, when the new A380 was in Frankfurt, it has been reported, that it will be able to hold up to 850 passengers. I counted three villages which suround my hometown and found out, that all those people would fit in to one A380. Impressive.
But 32.000 people? I can't figure that. In my hometownlive roughly 5.000 people and in Bad Kissingen, which is the next larger city, where I'm a bit related to, live about 21.000 people and I can't even approximately figure them. And both town together does not count that much people.
But what is even more beyond comprehension for me is this:
Shares of Deutsche Telekom gained 2.5 percent to 14.87 euros ($17.86) in afternoon Frankfurt trading.
How shortsighted is this pack of scalpers?
