Meine Arbeit ist mein Hobby : my work is my hobby

Gestern hab ich meinen Gehaltszettel bekommen. Langsam habe ich das Gefühl, dass der Betrag, der auf so monatlich auf mein Konto geht bald wieder dreistellig ist. Und nein, das meine ich nicht positiv.

Scheinbar entwickelt sich "arbeiten" für mich zum teuren Hobby.

Und was mich daran aber am meisten ankotzt:
Da macht mensch Überstunden (die eh nicht anerkannt oder gar bezahlt werden), proggt bis zu 12 Stunden am Tag und darf sich dann anhören, mensch würde zu wenig arbeiten... sowas nenne ich Mitarbeitermotivation.

Yesterday I got my latest pay slip. Somehow I have the feeling, that the amount on it will be three-digit soon. And nope, that's not positive!

It seems that "work" will become an expensive hobby for me.

But what really pisses me off:
One makes a lot of overtime ( which are wether noted nor paid), is coding up to 12 hours a day and all he gets is complains about that he is works to less .... this is what I call employee motivation.
