Gewissensbisse : remorse

Ich habe irgendwie das dringende Bedürfnis, mich nochmal hierzu zu äussern.

Mir tut es schon es irgendwie schon leid, wie ich reagiert habe. Ne, halt, nicht irgedwie, es tut mir leid! Ausrufezeichen!
Aber das Ganze dauerte keine 3 Sekunden und geschah wohl "unterbewusst".
Es ist mir schon klar, dass ich "Hi/Hallo/Na? Wie gehts" hätte sagen können/sollen/müssen, aber es ging einfach nicht.

I have the feeling, that I must say a bit more about this

Somehow I feel sorry for how I acted. Stop, wait, not somehow, I feel sorry about that!exclamation mark!
But the whole thing didn't take took even 3 seconds and was more unconscious.
It's quite clear to me, that I could/should/must have said "Hi/Hello/How are you?", but I couldn't.
